Garage Sale Trail is Australia's biggest secondhand treasure hunt.
Every November, homes, unit blocks, schools, community groups, charities and pubs across the country host garage sales and secondhand markets, all on the same two weekends.
More than 3 million pre-loved items go up for sale so you can find almost anything on the Garage Sale Trail.
In 2024:
👩❤️👩 Nearly 300,000 Australians shopped or sold at more than 13,000 garage sales and markets nationwide.
♻️ Together, we kept 418 tonnes of stuff in use, saving it from landfill.
💰 Sellers made over $3.9 million for themselves or local community groups and charities.
Garage Sale Trail is back on 8-9 and 15-16 November 2025, Australia-wide. You're invited to take part in one day or more.
